Tuborg Sounds On - Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences at 8:30am on Monday 25 February, 2013 and will finish at 8:30am on Monday 11 March, 2013 ("Promotional Period").
7. The prize draws will be held on Monday 11 March, 2013.
8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There is one main prize consisting of:
• 6 (six) General Admission tickets valued at $65 each, 6 (six) $10 Hell Pizza vouchers and 6 (six) Tuborg Sounds On tee-shirts valued at $40 each. Tee-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed although best efforts will be made to get the winners requested sizes. Total main prize is valued at $690.
10. There are 20 runner-up prizes consisting of:
• 2 (two) General Admissions tickets to the event valued at $65 each, and 1 (one) $10 Hell Pizza voucher. Each runner-up prize is valued at $140 each.
11. All tickets are subject to Tuborg Sounds On standard terms and conditions: Restriction: R18, Under 18 must be with a Legal Guardian carrying a ticket. Entry for Children Under 12 are free with a Legal Guardian carrying a ticket. Gates open 12PM. Acts from 1PM. Finishes 11PM. Travel from Auckland on Event Buses & Trains included with ticket. RFID wrist band included with ticket price. All vendors on-site will use RFID cash-less technologies. Top up stations provided. Car parking available at Stadium. No Pass outs. No Food or Liquids to be taken into venue. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the date, the venue, the entertainment and activities as advertised without prior notice. The Promoter reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person who: is suspected of ticket fraud, fails to provide proof of age or whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the venue and/or Promoter.

13. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the Prize including (where applicable) transfers, travel insurance, food, spending money and other incidentals. The winner is also responsible for all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, travel visas and insurance.
14. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, cannot be taken for cash and refunds are not applicable.
16. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
17. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
