The Intouchables: Terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 16 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand residential postal address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 1 October, 2012 and will finish at 9am on Monday 15 October, 2012 ("Promotional Period").

7. The prize draw will be held on Monday 15 October, 2012.

8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

9. There are 30 double passes to give away. The 30 double passes are made up of 20 double passes to an exclusive screening at Rialto Cinemas Newmarket on Wednesday 24 October at 6.15pm and 10 in-season double passes to see The Intouchables at a participating New Zealand Cinemas

10. The participating New Zealand cinemas for the in-season double pass are: Rialto Newmarket, AUCKLAND, Bridgeway Cinema, Northcote Point, AUCKLAND, Monterey Cinema, Howick, AUCKLAND, Hoyts Takapuna, AUCKLAND, Berkley Mission Bay, AUCKLAND, Lido, AUCKLAND, Matakana Cinemas, MATAKANA, Lido HAMILTON, Rialto TAURANGA, Downtown Cinemas, PALMERSTON NORTH, Cinema Gold HAVELOCK NORTH, Penthouse Cinema, WELLINGTON, Lighthouse Petone, WELLINGTON, Lighthouse Cuba St, WELLINGTON, State Cinemas, NELSON, Rialto Cinemas DUNEDIN - these locations are subject to change and The Promoters take no responsibility for the inability to see the film at the winners selected location.

11. Upon entering the entrant selects to go into the draw for one of the double pass draws.

12. All double passes are subject to the chosen cinemas standard terms and conditions and the terms and conditions stated here and on the tickets.

13. In-Season double passes are not valid on Saturdays after 5pm, on public holidays or at any "la premiere", "cinema delux", vip class, gold class, "half pipe", "d-box", "gold lounge", or circle lounge screenings. This voucher must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and does not constitute a reserved seat. Cinemas reserve the right to refuse vouchers deemed invalid or tampered with. This ticket cannot be re-sold.

14. The Intouchables is rated M: contains drug use and offensive language and is more suitable for viewers over 16 years.

15. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

17. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of nzherald.co.nz) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
