1. Information on How to Enter and all details and instructions appearing on the point of sale form part of the terms and conditions of entry to this Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information on How to Enter and other details and instructions, the Terms and Conditions below will prevail.
2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the Competition.
3. Entry is open to NZ residents except employees of NZME. Limited, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd and Trafalgar Tours (NZ) Ltd. and their agencies associated with the promotion and Herald retailers. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid. If the main prize winner drawn is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
4. To enter, purchase The New Zealand Herald, Weekend Herald or Herald on Sunday, any day from Monday, May 18 until Sunday, June 7, 2015 at any participating New World supermarket and use your Fly Buys card at the time of purchase. Entries must be received by store close on Sunday, June 7, 2015. Entrants may enter as often as they wish. Entry is not limited per transaction - there is one (1) entry into the prize draw for each promotional product purchased.
5. Prize Details: There will be one (1) winners and each winner will receive one (1) tour package, 'Tastes and Sounds of the South' for two (2) people. The prize also includes return premium economy airfares with Trafalgar's preferred airline for two (2) people and $2,000 NZD spending money.

d. Flights and trip must be redeemed (booked by) 31 August 2015 through the Trafalgar NZ office. Prize is supplied by Trafalgar.
e. Additional travel expenses, including but not limited to, visas, additional spending money, additional meals, optional excursions, insurance, transport to and from departure point, pre or post tour accommodation, additional transfers (if applicable), items of a personal nature, in-room charges, gratuities for Travel Director and driver and all other ancillary costs are not included. Winner and their guest must take all elements of the prize at the same time.
f. Winners must be in possession of valid passport, visas if necessary and travel insurance.
g. Any changes made to the prize by the prize winner or their travel companion, including extending the trip, are at the winner's expense and must be arranged by the winner.
