Terms and Conditions - Ohakune Adventure Weekend giveaway

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences at 12.01am on Saturday, October 12, 2013 and will finish 11.59pm on Friday, October 25, 2013 ("Promotional Period").
7. The prize draw will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There is one main prize overall (from entries from both NZ Herald Online and APN Online) of an adventure weekend for four people to Ohakune. The prize includes lease of the latest model Honda CR-V, two nights accommodation at the Powderhorn Chateau with breakfast included, and an adventure package including skiing or snowboard hire for one day of the prize, and mountain biking for the other day.
10. The Honda CR-V is to be picked up by the winner after midday on the Friday before the weekend the prize is to be taken from a speicifed Honda dealer, and returned to the same Honda dealership on the Monday morning after the weekend the prize is taken.
11. The driver of the Honda CR-V must be aged over 25 years, and have a Full Driver's Licence.
12. Accommodation at the Powderhorn Chateau is subject to room availability.
13. In the event there is no snow on the mountain for skiing or snowboarding, TCB will supply equipment for an alternative activity at their discretion.
14. The prize package is not to be taken later than the week commencing December 23, 2013.
15. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
17. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
18. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of NZ Herald) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
