Terms and conditions: ITM 500 Auckland prize packs

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 16 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, phone number and correctly answer the daily question. ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry per day during the promotion period.

6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

7. Promotion commences at 12.01am on Wednesday 9 April, 2014 and will finish at 11.59pm on Sunday 13 April, 2014 ("Promotional Period").

8. The daily prizes will be drawn on Monday 14 April 2014 from all valid entries submitted on the individual prize days.

9. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of Wednesday 15 April will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

10. There are 5 daily prizes to give away. Each of the five (5) prize packs include a 4-day trackside double pass to the V8 Supercars ITM 500 Auckland (valued $260), access for two (2) to the V8 Supercars Paddock (valued $60), the opportunity for two (2) to stand on the race grid and experience the pre-race atmosphere - an opportunity that is limited to a select number of people (valued $1,000) and two (2) $50 V8 Supercars merchandise pack (valued $100).

11. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, on the tickets and those of the venue and ITM 500 Auckland race event.

12. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Any costs incurred to attend the event are at the winner's expense.

14. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

15. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

16. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of NZ Herald Online) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters.

17. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for V8 Supercars Australia to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters.

18. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
