Terms and Conditions - Ice Age 4 competition

1. Five puzzle pieces can be collected in the Herald from 20-25 June with the final piece appearing in School's Out and the Herald on June 26th. The final puzzle piece will be on an entry form template so entrants can assemble and colour in the puzzle and send it to the address on the form. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 6 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand residential postal address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences at 12.01am on Wednesday, June 20th, 2012 and will finish at 11.59pm on Friday, July 6, 2012 ("Promotional Period").

7. The winners will be notified by email or post. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

8. The first fifty (50) completely entries that APN receives will win a family pass (two adults and two children) to Ice Age 4: Continental Drift. Additionally, one (1) winner will be picked at random and will receive an Ice Age 4: Continental Drift prize pack, presented to them at their school. The prize pack contains Ice Age 4: Continental Drift disc shooter, finger puppet pen, kids scooter, lunch box, Frisbee, beach ball and bag, swim bag and towel. If the winner does not attend school, the prize will be couriered to them to a nominated address.

9. All family passes are subject to the chosen cinemas standard terms and conditions and the terms and conditions stated here and on the tickets.

10. Tickets are valid at any chain or participating independent cinema in New Zealand showing the film.

11. Tickets are not valid on Tuesday, Saturday or Public holidays after 5pm or at any premium priced cinema.

12. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

14. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

15. The Promoters are APN New Zealand Ltd and 20th Century Fox New Zealand Ltd.
