ELEMENT PROMOTION - Win an HRV Next Generation Ventilation + Heat Transfer system
1. By entering this competition you agree to these terms and conditions, including the agreement to be bound by New Zealand laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enter this competition.
2. The Promoter is Cristal Air International Ltd trading as HRV. Head Office: 7 Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand.
3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over only.
4. The competition commences on 29th June 2015 and concludes on 29th July 2015 (12 midnight NZST) Entries received outside the Competition Entry Period will be ineligible for entry.
5. The prize is a bundle consisting of a HRV core ventilation system and Heat Transfer system, up to the value of $5,000, both include standard installation.
6. The main prize draw will be drawn from all valid entries and will take place on August 10th 2015.
7. Entry into the prize competition is dependent on completing in full the competition entry form on the Element website, www.elementmagazine.co.nz
8. Entrants may only enter once into the main prize draw
9. The prize is transferable if the winner's home is not suitable, as deemed by HRV for installation. Installation will occur at a time suitable for HRV.
10. The prize must be installed within 3 months of the winner being notified.
11. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer.
12. The winners will be contacted by telephone by August 14th 2015, using the email address or telephone provided in the entry submission. The Promoter will make three attempts to contact the winners. It is the winner's responsibility to then contact the Promoter. If, 24 hours after the third attempt, a winner has not contacted the Promoter then the relevant prize is forfeited and the Promoter will conduct another draw for the relevant prize from the remaining eligible entries on a day and at a time determined by the Promoter. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By participating in this competition, each entrant consents to the Promoter using his or her name, image and locality of residence in any media (including but not limited to TV, web, radio, catalogue, press, and point of sale) without compensation for the purposes of publicising and marketing the promotion of HRV products.
These competition Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
