Terms and Conditions - Herald on Sunday Easter Competition

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

2. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand postal address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences at 0.01am on Sunday, April 5, 2015 and will finish at 5pm, Sunday April 19, 2015. ("Promotional Period").

7. The prize draw will be held w/c Monday, April 20, 2015.

8. The winner will be notified by telephone. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

9. There is one (1) prize consisting of return flights to Brisbane for x2 adults and x2 children from either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, five nights accommodation at Mantra Sun City in Surfers Paradise; Queensland in a two bedroom apartment for two adults and two children, including breakfast daily, and return transfers for two adults and two children.

10. Travel is to be booked by 19 August 2015. Blackout periods apply, including but not limited to 22 - 26 October 2015, 21 - 27 November 2015 and 26 December 2015 - 2 January 2016. Bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to travel. Travel is to be completed by 31 March 2016. Airfares to be specified and booked by Flight Centre New Zealand Limited.

11. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.

12. Prize winner and companions accompanying the prize winner are subject to the terms and conditions of carriage or suppliers. Winner and companions must travel together on the same itinerary & dates. All prizes are subject to availability and at the discretion of Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd. Transfers to your closest New Zealand departure point, alterations to the prize package, airport costs, government costs, stopovers, travel insurance, additional meals, spending money, visas, vaccinations plus any other associated expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any alterations to the prize are at the cost of the prize winner but at the discretion of Flight Centre.

13. Flight Centre reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Only valid for one entry per person. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering this competition you can agree to receive promotional offers from Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd via email, TXT & post which you can opt out of at any stage. Employees of any travel agency, airline, Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd & members of the employees' immediate family are not eligible for entry. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
