Terms and Conditions for the Herald on Sunday "Win a Priceless All Blacks Experience" Competition

Terms of Entry for the Herald on Sunday "Win a Priceless All Blacks Experience" Competition:

1. Information on How to Enter and all details on the competition ad form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, readers accept these Terms. Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN, NZRFU or MasterCard and any agencies associated with these companies or with the promotion are ineligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies).

2. Entries close 5pm, Friday, July 17, 2009. Readers may enter once per email address per prize, and all required details must be included to be eligible for the draw. The draw will take place on Monday, July 20, 2009.

3. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent(s) or guardian(s).

4. The first entry randomly drawn will win the "Priceless All Blacks Experience" prize package, which is; two (2) tickets to the All Blacks vs. Australia in Wellington, 19th of September 2009 and watch the All Blacks haka from the sideline. Flights for two (2) to Wellington ex. Auckland. Accommodation for two (2) at The Central City Apartment Hotel, Wellington. A rugby ball signed by Richie McCaw.

5. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or part of this prize will result in immediate cancellation of the prize.

6. The prizewinners will be notified by phone and/or post. If the prize is not claimed within 2 days of the draw, APN may re-draw a new winner of the prize. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. APN is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by APN, i.e. when received via the allblacksfan@heraldonsunday.co.nz email inbox and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant). APN's records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries are invalid. APN is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.

9. APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.

10. APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.

11. Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify verify prize winners' identities and the information may be used for future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information might result in the entry being invalid.

12. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes.
