Terms & Conditions

1. Entries close at 5pm on Tuesday 15 September 2009.
2. The prize winners will be contacted on Wednesday 16 September 2009
3. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The above information forms part of the terms and conditions.
5. All entrants must be under 14 years of age.
6. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except employees of Netball New Zealand and The New Zealand Herald involved in this promotion and their immediate families, including household members.
7. The prize includes three tickets to the Silver Ferns V Australia test at Vector Arena on Wednesday 23 September 2009
8. The winner must be accompanied by at least one guardian.
9. No responsibility is taken for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
10. Incomplete or incorrect entries are void.
11. All entries become the property of The New Zealand Herald and Netball New Zealand
12. There will be one winner receiving the opportunity to be the Silver Ferns Ball Deliverer on Wednesday 23 September 2009
13. Please note, travel and accommodation is not included in the prize pack
14. Prizes are not negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the prize winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
15. The winners consent to the use of their names, identities and/or photographs for promotional purposes, in all media, and in future Netball New Zealand / Silver Ferns promotions without additional compensation and the winners must make themselves available for this purpose.
16. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Netball New Zealand, APN New Zealand Ltd and its advertising agencies and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from person(s) participating in the promotion or in connection with the winning prize, except as may be required by law.
18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Netball New Zealand, Netball New Zealand reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion, subject, however to the written directions of any competent authority.
