Terms and Conditions for Herald on Sunday V8 Supercar ITM 400 competition

1.Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to all NZ residents aged 18 years and over. By entering, readers accept these terms.

2. Entries are limited to one per email address. APN NZ Ltd & Australian V8 Supercars (the Promoters) are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.

3. Entries close at midnight, Sunday, April 03, 2011.

4. Winner will be notified by phone on or before Wednesday, April 6, 2011.

5. The prize is non transferrable or redeemable for cash.

6. Any costs relating to the winners travelling to and from Hamilton for the 3-days of the event are the responsibility of the winner. Prize does not include accommodation at the event.

7. In the event that the Promoter considers the event track to be unsafe, for any reason, the Promoter shall, without incurring any liability whatsoever to the winner, be entitled to cancel the respective stunt ute hot lap.

8. APN The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Time and date of prize redemption is subject to change at the discretion of the Promoters.
