1. Entry into the competition indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is free from any monetary fee.
3. Entry to the competition is open to the occupiers of any residential or commercial dwelling who light up their property within the Western Bay of Plenty.
4. Entrants must be aged 18 years of age or over.
5. Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form (no photocopies accepted) or online registration form.
6. Entrants agree to turn their lights on for the public to view from 5 - 24th December 2013 from 7.30 - 11 pm every evening.
7. Entries into the Bay of Plenty Times Christmas Light Trail must be received by 5 pm Monday 25th November 2013.
8. All entrants go into the draw to win spot prizes that will be randomly selected.
9. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. Entrants into the Bay of Plenty Times Christmas Light Trail must be prepared to have photographs of their property taken for promotional and/or editorial purposes.
12. Entrants must agree to have their address published in the Christmas Light Trail, which will be published in the Bay of Plenty Times on the 5th, 12th, 17th, 19th and 24th December 2013 and available online from 5th December 2013.
13. APN Holdings (NZ) Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering or lighting up your property.
14. By registering your property you are agreeing to let APN and associated organisations contact you in the future.
