Shave for a Cure photo competition terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 14 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must sign up to Shave on the Shave for a Cure website: www.shaveforacure.co.nz, be fundraising for Shave for a Cure and provide their full name and current and valid email address and Shavee ID ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry in the promotion - per category.
6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Promotion commences at 08:00am on Monday 4 April, 2011 and will finish at midnight on Sunday 10 April, 2011 ("Promotional Period").
8. Judging will take place between 11-13 April, 2011.
9. Judges will choose a top 12 which the public can vote on to choose their favourites.
10. Final winners will be notified on 20 April, 2011.
11. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner within seven days of the prize draw will result in prize being forfeited.
12. There are prizes worth approximately $1,050.00 consisting of:
• A Panasonic DMC-TZ10 Digital Camera worth $650
• Farmers Gift Cards worth $500 - which will be awarded in quantities at the discretion of the Promoters
13. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
15. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
16. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of nzherald.co.nz) and the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
