"Ultimate Weekend in the Bay" Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage or by any form of technical failure. In case of any unforeseen difficulties, the Promoters reserve the right to exchange the prize for one that it considers of equal value.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their first and surname, home address, contact phone number and current and valid email address ("Eligible Entrants"). Any incomplete, indecipherable, photocopies or illegible competition entries will be deemed invalid. Eligible Entrants may enter as many times as they like (no photocopies accepted).

5. The promotion commences 03/05/14 and will finish 5 pm 09/06/14 ("Promotional Period").

6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

7. One entry drawn by a Bay of Plenty Times representative after the Promotional Period has ended will win an Ultimate Weekend in the Bay comprising of vouchers from the following Prize Providers: Two The Polynesian Spa Day Retreat Packages; hotel accommodation for one night with buffet breakfast for two people at Sudima Hotel Rotorua; two complimentary entrée, main and dessert dishes, plus a house wine or beer for two people at BREW Rotorua; $300 worth of Mount Mainstreet vouchers; two Off Road NZ Drivers Obsession Packages; complimentary weekend car rentals including full tank of petrol from Rite Price Rentals; Volcanic Hills wine tour, return gondola rides and wine tasting for two people, plus an antipasto platter.

8. The winners will be notified by telephone. Inability to contact the winner within fourteen days of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select another prize winner.

9. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash. This prize can only be redeemed using the vouchers at the participating provider's locations. No change will be given on the vouchers. The vouchers are valid for bookings made before 31 December 2014. All booking requests are subject to availability at the time of booking. Additional terms and conditions for voucher use may be applicable and will be stated on the voucher by the prize providers.

11. The winner consents to their name and likeness being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

12. By entering this promotion entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. You have the right to access, update and correct such information. A request to access, update, delete or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the address(es) set out below. Any personal information collected by a Promoter as part of this promotion will be held in accordance with its privacy policy.

13. Promoter's limitation of liability: The Promoter is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise personal details or delivery details provided by a winner. The Promoter also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released for delivery via postage or courier. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s) and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winners.
