The New Zealand Herald, in conjunction with Auckland Rugby, have four tickets to give away to this year's Bledisloe Cup test at Eden Park. Two winners will each receive two uncovered tickets for the August test that doubles as an Investec Tri Nations encounter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Information on How to Enter and all details on the competition ad form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, readers accept these Terms.

2) Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by and any immediate family member of someone employed by APN and any agencies associated with these companies or with the promotion are ineligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies).

3) Entries close 5pm, Wednesday June 8, 2011. Entrants may only enter once per valid email address. The draw will take place on Thursday, June 9, 2011.

4) The first and second entries randomly drawn will win two (2) adult General Entry tickets to the All Blacks v Australia game held at Eden Park on Saturday, August 6 2011 at 7.35pm.

5) All timings subject to change without notice.

6) All costs, charges and expenses, including, without limitation, transportation, medical expenses,items of a personal nature, food and beverages, government taxes or levies, are the sole responsibility of the winner or his/her guests.

7) If any part of the prize is not used, for any reason beyond the organisers' control, no compensation will be awarded to the winner or to his/her guest.

8) Prize is not redeemable for cash. Any attempt to sell or auction all or part of this prize will result in immediate cancellation of the prize.

9) The prize-winner will be notified by phone. If the prize is not claimed when phoned by APN, APN will re-draw a new winner of the prize. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferrable - in the event the winner is unavailable to participate in the promotion and attend the match on August 6, 2011, APN will re-draw a new winner of the prize.

10) APN is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11) APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time.

12) The winner and his/her guests must abide by all terms and conditions shown on the entry tickets.

13) APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.

14) Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify prize winners' identities and the information may be used for future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information might result in the entry being invalid.

15) By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes.
