1. Entry is open to NZ residents only, except employees of APN New Zealand, competition partner(s) and their immediate families.
2. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be received by 5pm, Friday, May 2, 2008. The winner will be drawn on Monday, May 5, 2008 and will be notified by phone.
4. The two main prize winners of this competition will win the following package: (1) Two Diamond tickets to the Elton John concert at Vector Arena on May 14, 2008. (2) A 'meet and greet' with Elton John before the show.
5. The ten runners up of this competition will each win two Platinum tickets to the Elton John concert at Vector Arena on May 14, 2008.
6. The winner(s) will be responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in clause 4 and 5), including (where applicable) travel costs and all other incidentals. If the winner(s) live(s) outside of Auckland it is their own responsibility to travel to Auckland.
7.The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Capital C Records ("The Promoter") and The New Zealand Herald accept no responsibility should the Artist cancel the Meet and Greet for any unforeseen reason.
9. The Promoter and The New Zealand Herald accept no responsibility should the concert itself be cancelled, and no reparation or alternate prize will be given to the winners.
