On Saturday 14 August we launched the upgraded version of the Weekend Herald. It has been redesigned throughout and packed with new personalities and features - including a magazine dedicated to helping you make the most of your leisure time.
Weekend
Weekend magazine is your new, indispensable guide to make the most of your weekend. Combining the best of TimeOut, with a new section called Life, Weekend is full of ideas of things to do and places to go, plus inspiration for cooks and gardeners.
Weekend features:
- World renowned Kiwi chef Peter Gordon answers readers' cooking questions,
- Drinks expert Don Kavanagh shares his witty assessments of his favourite tipples
- Landscape gardener Justin Newcombe leads us step by step through an outdoor DIY project each week, and gives us tips for gorgeous and productive gardens.
PLUS the destinations segment offers ideas for outings, daytrips and weekenders within easy reach of Auckland. Personal Shopper has inspired gift ideas for women, men and children. Fit & Well takes a fun approach to fitness and feeling good in your day to day life. And each weekend we'll celebrate a different Auckland suburb, finding its hidden treasures by talking to people who live there.
Bright, lively and easy to use, Weekend will be your handbook for a full and fun two days.
