Prize
There will be three (3) winners' of this promotion and they will each win: A holiday package to Muri Beach Club Hotel, Rarotonga - value NZD $4,205.00. Each package will include;
• 5-nights' accommodation Deluxe Beachfront Room
• Land transfers
• All meals (beverages not included)
• Return flights ex Wellington, Christchurch or Auckland flying Pacific Blue.
Holiday package Terms and Conditions:
• Travel must be completed by 31 March 2010
• The flights are non-redeemable for cash.
• Airport taxes, Government levies, departure taxes and any other costs related to International travel other than base ticket price are the responsibility of the travellers.
• All flight costs (apart from CHC and WLG departure taxes) must be paid for with a credit card at the time of booking.
• Travel is on confirmed space basis but it is subject to seat availability at the time of booking. This means you may have to be flexible with your travel dates.)
• Flight tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.
• Blackout periods apply during peak travel periods (i.e. you cannot take these flights during school holidays or other peak times such as Easter.)
• Flights are valid for travel for the period stated on the travel voucher. This expiry date will not be extended.
• Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $50 change fee per Guest per change.
• Pacific Blue Terms and conditions of carriage and any International procedures apply.

How to enter
To enter the promotion customers need to purchase The New Zealand Herald or Herald on Sunday from Foodtown, Woolworths or Countdown North Island store between Monday, May 18 - Sunday, June 14, 2009, swipe their Onecard or if you are entering online, by entering your Onecard number at the time of purchase and you are automatically entered in the draw. There is one entry for each Herald purchased. The promotion is only being run in Foodtown, Woolworths and Countdown North Island supermarkets.

1. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be full acceptance of these terms & conditions.

2. The promotion is open to Onecard holders who are New Zealand residents aged 16 years or over.

3. The promotion commences on Monday, May 18, 2009 and closes at midnight at the end of Sunday, June 14, 2009. Both the purchase and the day of delivery must be within the promotional period. No entries will be accepted after this date.

4. The prize draw will take place on Monday, June 22 2009. A representative from Progressive Enterprises will draw the three (3) winners and then send the three winners' contact details to APN Holdings Ltd, APN Holdings Ltd will then notify the winners' by telephone using the details listed on the Onecard database. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the Onecard database are correct. In the event the winners' cannot be contacted within three weeks of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn.

5. In the event that any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged through the Onecard system or if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect contact details being recorded on the Onecard system.

7. Entry is not limited per transaction. The entrant will receive an entry in the prize draw for each Promotional Product purchased during the Promotion Period from a participating Foodtown, Woolworths or Countdown North Island store and their Onecard must be swiped at the time of purchase or if you are entering online, by entering your Onecard number at the time of purchase.

8. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winners' details for promotional and media purposes without compensation and copyright will be vested in the promoter.

10. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury incurred or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant winning a prize.
