Working in a small business can be hectic. That's why Telecom and nzherald.co.nz are giving one deserving business team of up to six people the chance to win a day sailing around Auckland Harbour with the prestigious Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron followed by dinner, drinks and a night in an inner-city hotel.

If you're from outside of Auckland (but within New Zealand), they'll also cover your flights and transfers too.

All you need to do is tell us in 100 words or less, why your team deserves an indulgent team break. Or, you could be super-nice and nominate someone else's team - perhaps a customer or supplier?
