A youth is in custody after being charged over attacks on two female bus drivers in separate incidents in South Auckland.
Stagecoach says the youth is facing two charges of aggravated robbery, and has been remanded in custody until February.
The company said several others involved in the attacks on the two drivers had yet to be found.
One driver spent a night in hospital after foiling a bid by eight youths to snatch the cash-box but was thrown head-first from her bus.
The other driver is understood to have suffered a broken jaw.
