KEY POINTS:
Was he murdered? Was it suicide? Or natural causes.
Jamaican police have reportedly found traces of poison in the hotel room where dying Pakistan cricket coach Bob Woolmer was found. Investigators say his death is being treated as "suspicious".
Woolmer, 58, died on Sunday after collapsing at the team hotel, hours after Pakistan's shock loss to Ireland and early exit from the World Cup competition.
Should the cup continue?

Did you ever think it was not suspicious? Pakistan are ousted out of the World Cup and 24hrs later the coach is dead. Blood and vomit in his room. You do not get that from a heart attack. Clearly suspicious but certainly not reason to cancel the entire World Cup.

Of course the World Cup should continue, however, I would like to argue against some of the anti-Pakistan cricket fans. After the Woolmer Incident, many of my Indian friends have raised suspicions of Pakistani-staged murder...based on the Pakistan cricket fans' rather bizzarre behaviours from the past. But I think this is very racist and unjust, just few days ago, there were riots in India after their loss to Bangldesh. Until we uncover the truth, we should hold our rash-judgements.

I would not be too fixated on this gambling syndicate. Remember that for many of the players and staff of the team they view their sport as a religious symbolization. Some groups of the Pakistani people have demonstrated they may go into a blood rage when their cricket team fails... so really they too could be suspect. If it is though it will be nearly impossible to get them to trial if they return to their country.

Kanses comments disturb me. He says that he does not want to be racist, however all that is said points to racism. The Pakistan cricket team are innocent until proven guilty. The World Cup should continue.

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for the World Cup not to continue. Quite preposterous a suggestion in the first place ! However, it does seem pretty obvious that a level of foul play could have been involved, but to stop the World Cup over this would be ridiculous.

My first thoughts on this matter were murder or suicide, by whom though is the mystery. Bookies make the short list for me so let us hope the answer and that book do come out for it for it would be fascinating.

All I can say is with all these scenarios building up anything to do with Pakistan good or bad in my belief is suspicious. I am not trying to make a racist comment but Pakistan has been the centre of attraction of all the underworld black market. Things are very unstable in terms of anything Pakistan is involved in. Before the world cup two bowlers were ruled out as injury, but were they ruled out because they knew that during the pre-world cup drug test would have them banned from cricket anyways so they didnt want to take that chance? This is entirely my opinion and after things have settled during the world cup these allegations mayl come in place. When I heard the first time that Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer died after the Pakistans early exit from the world cup, I knew for sure that this wasnt a natural death and considered that to be a murder. Look at what NZ Herald publishes a few days later "Poison claim follows coach's death." let time only tell what exactly happened. With Pakistans attitude towards the game, which is rubbish, there is no doubt in my mind that it is the players and their conspiracy theory that claimed the life of Bob Woolmer. If something like that does happen, ICC will curb it so that Cricket does not loose its reputation as a "gentleman's game" but Pakistan has ruined this for the world of cricket.
