This month will see the return of the wine tasting event for locals, Conversations with Martinborough's Winemakers.
After an enthusiastic response from people who attended last year, Wines from Martinborough is holding the series again, with different wines and different winemakers, says Wines from Martinborough chairwoman Margaret Hanson.
"As well as enjoying Martinborough's wines, we want people to feel comfortable and confident talking about them to visitors or when they are travelling," said Ms Hanson.
She said the event was a special opportunity, with some of Martinborough's leading winemakers taking people through an inter-active tasting of 12 of Martinborough's superb wines, matched by finger food.
There will be three sessions, all at the Martinborough Wine Centre in Kitchener St, running on June 22, July 6 and July 27.
