A two-car collision in Featherston yesterday morning resulted in a young woman being taken to Wairarapa Hospital with possible neck injuries.
The woman was a passenger with her mother and two school children, one a primary school pupil, when they were involved in a collision with a ute on Harrison St West and Watt St at about 7.30am.
The ute's driver was unhurt.
Featherston fire brigade volunteers were first on the scene, followed by an ambulance from Greytown.
The volunteers and paramedics fitted a neck brace to the woman, who was able to walk away from the car.
