Young trick or treaters cast a spell in Auckland

The Rugby World Cup final buildup took a back seat to Halloween for these colourful kids.

In Torbay, on Auckland's North Shore, youngsters last night dressed in their finest scary outfits to go out trick or treating.

Aston Marquick, 7, was on the move on Alexandra St with his trusty pumpkin pot. He was joined by Nikita Grobler, 10, and Ashton Grobler, aged 6.

Two-year-old Isla Harrison and Stella Masters, 6, were pictures of determination while Yoko, 6, cast a spell over neighbours when she donned a witch's pointy hat and rushed from house to house collecting lollies.
