One of the country's youngest killers is back in court, just two months after he was released from jail.
Bailey Junior Kurariki, 21, served eight months of an 11-month sentence for the indecent assault of two female journalists last February.
He was sentenced for those offences on November 12 but released the same day because he had been remanded in custody for several months.
He now faces charges of assaulting a female, assault, intentionally damaging the female's front door and behaving in a manner likely to cause violence.
After appearing this month he was released on bail and will next appear in the Manukau District Court on March 10.
