Yoko Suzuki, of Japan, was a student at the King's Education language school in the CTV building and was there when the earthquake struck.
The 31-year-old loved playing tennis and was a member of a Japanese club. She also has a twin sister, who she was very close to.
Friend Russell Dawson described Yoko as a caring, sharing person: "We found her very chirpy."
