Two students have been hit by a car in Christchurch this morning.
The pedestrians, who are in Year 9, were struck around 7.30am on Greers Road, outside Burnside High School.
A police spokesman said both have been taken to Christchurch Hospital - one suffering serious injuries, while the other has moderate injuries.
He said one car was involved and investigations are continuing.
