KEY POINTS:
A Wyoming flag allegedly stolen by two Britons living in Queenstown was yesterday again flying at half-mast on the Teton County courthouse in the United States for a soldier killed in Iraq.
The flag and a US flag, allegedly taken last month by Tom Knapp and Daniel Jones, were tracked through New Zealand authorities.
The US flag had not arrived yesterday.
Jackson police did not expect any charges to be laid against the men.
