A vehicle driven the wrong way on a Christchurch street was the reason behind a reported police chase early this morning.
Police say they were involved in an incident just after midnight when the driver of a car on the wrong side of the road on Brougham Street refused to stop when police tried to pull them over.
Footage from YouTube appears to show the car being chased by a group of police cars.
Police say the vehicle was abandoned later on on Manchester Street.
Two people who had been in the car were found by police, however a third person is still to be located.
