Hearing therapist Anne Greatbatch is offering a free workshop in Masterton on living with hearing loss.
Ms Greatbatch, of Life Unlimited, will hold the workshop at the Wairarapa Community Centre, Perry St, over two days - July 14 and July 28 from 1.15pm to 3pm.
Participants would need to be available on both dates.
The workshop will be open to adults with hearing loss and their significant others.
"It will be suitable for people who currently have hearing aids and feel that they still struggle to hear," said Ms Greatbatch. "It's for people who feel that they might be starting to experience some hearing changes and would like to become more informed; for people who don't want hearing aids but would like to know about other options, for people who struggle to hear the television, telephone (either on it or hear it ring), smoke alarms, doorbell; for people who don't hear grandchildren or their spouse, neighbours or other people who they communicate with."
