Workman critical after building fall

A workman fell three floors from a building site in central Wellington yesterday and is now in a critical condition in hospital.

Police said the man, in his 30s, was fitting some materials at the Holland St site when he fell three floors.

The Department of Labour's Occupational Safety and Health unit is investigating.
