Members of the working party tasked with looking into different options for the Cathedral are being paid $800 a day.
The chairman of the working party, former NZ Transport Agency chief executive Geoff Dangerfield (right), is paid $1000 a day.
They are expected to meet about two days a month.
Other members of the working party are The Tannery developer Alasdair Cassels, business consultant Sue McKenzie and Anglican Church Property Trust board members Steve Wakefield and Roger Bridge.
They have been appointed to look thoroughly into "reinstatement options" for the Cathedral, and what different options will cost.
