Worker run over and killed by grader named

The man who died when he was run over by a grader at the Port of Tauranga on Monday was Walter Daniel Crosa, 49, of Welcome Bay.

The father of five died at Sulphur Pt when he was hit by a reversing grader.

Two workers who saw the accident were offered counselling.

The police and the Department of Labour are investigating.
