She pleaded guilty to all the charges in Masterton District Court on Thursday.
According to the police summary of facts, Jackson had an argument with someone while visiting a Harley St address and left, walking towards Short St.
As she was walking, she passed four young men standing around a car putting some leaking bottles of beer on the footpath.
Jackson told police she became upset when one of the men said something to her and she began kicking the bottles.
She picked up a bottle and threw it at one of the men but it missed and smashed on the road.
McRae and a 17-year-old, also named Michael McRae, are alleged to have become involved and the man was punched in the head.
When the man's friends tried to stop the fighting, Jackson grabbed one of them and pushed him into a bush, causing him to fall over.
After the incident, police interviewed Jackson twice and "she stated adamantly" that her partner, McRae, wasn't there and took no part.
"She went so far as to state he was with a friend of hers, Brooke Hickey, from 7pm to 1am the next morning," the summary of facts said.
Police later interviewed Hickey, who made a statement backing up what Jackson said.
However, during the assault investigation, police obtained cellphone data that identified "numerous text conversations" between Hickey and Jackson arranging to provide a false alibi for McRae.
Jackson later admitted this to police and said in explanation, she was upset at being called names by the group of men.
Witnesses, however, disputed this, saying they were minding their own business.
Hickey also faces a charge of making a statement to police which would amount to perjury if made on oath in a judicial proceeding.
She is due in court on July 14.
Jackson was remanded on bail, with conditions, to reappear in court on July 24.
