A woman who died yesterday after being hit by a light truck has been named.
Jennifer Frances Harding, aged 74, of Levin, was struck by a truck in the township of Levin.
Police assisted by the Serious Crash Unit are investigating.
"Inquiries are ongoing and it is too early to determine whether any potential charges will be laid," said Senior Sergeant Sarn Paroli, officer in charge of the Levin Station.
