Police have released the name of a woman killed in a collision with a milk tanker north of Taupo on Sunday.
Pamela Maree Pattie, 28, who lived locally, died when her car and the tanker collided on State Highway 5 just north of the Wairakei roundabout about 11.44pm.
She was the sole occupant of the car.
Police were still investigating the circumstances of the crash.
