KEY POINTS:
A woman died this morning after her car collided with a power pole in Hamilton.
The driver was 18-year-old Emma Aubrey of Hamilton.
Police said the crash happened at 12.40am this morning on Rifle Range Road.
The crash happened when the vehicle left the road and collided with a power pole.
Police said Ms Aubrey was taken to Waikato Hospital but died several hours later.
The Waikato Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
