Woman injured in two-car crash

A woman has been injured after a two-car crash in Manukau.

Inspector Lance Burdett said the crash occurred on the Tuakau Bridge - Port Waikato Road, Onewhero, between Frost & Kohanga Road.

The road has been closed while the emergency workers try to free the woman, who has leg and pelvic injuries.

One of the vehicles involved left the road and landed in a water-filled ditch.
