A woman was injured after the car she was driving hit a parked car and then "burst into the lounge'' of a Dunedin house today.
A police spokeswoman said a car crashed into a parked car before hitting and damaging a house in Elgin Rd, Mornington just before 1am.
A St John spokesman said the car "burst into the lounge" of the house.
A female driver sustained minor to moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Dunedin Hospital.
