A woman allegedly involved in a violent robbery of a man in Woodville has handed herself into Palmerston North police.
Last month a 40-year-old man was beaten with a baseball bat and forced to disclose his PIN number. Money was then withdrawn from his account at an ATM machine.
Detective Shane Brown says a woman has come forward and given a statement to police, but they still need to find her partner, Donald Keepa.
Keepa is a patched Mongrel Mob member with short cropped hair and has a tattoo of a bulldog around his neck. Police believe he may be in the Hamilton area and are asking for anyone who may know his whereabouts to contact them.
