A woman has been cut out a car after it rolled in south Auckland this afternoon.
The one-car incident happened on McKenzie Rd, in Waiau Pa, shortly before 1.30pm, Scott Osmond of the Fire Service northern communications centre said.
One person was "lightly trapped" inside the car, he said, and firefighters were earlier working to free them.
Senior Sergeant Chris Money said the woman had since been cut out of the car, and was taken to hospital in a serious condition.
It was not yet known what had caused the car to roll, he said, but warned drivers to take care on the roads due to the wet weather.
