A Taranaki woman wasn't letting anything stop her getting to work yesterday morning, even a train smashing into her car.
The woman, named only as Suzy, was on her way to a local freezing works when the train slammed into the front of her car at a railway crossing in Eltham, at 5.30am, the Taranaki Daily News reported.
Eltham senior constable Chris Glen said she either misjudged the mark, or that her car had slowly moved on to the crossing as the train passed.
Suzy said from work that she was not really shaken by the incident, adding "it just clipped me".
