KEY POINTS:
A 20-year-old woman died in a house fire in the Southland town of Gore early this morning.
The Gore Fire Brigade was called to the fire in Redmond Street at 2.15am.
The wooden villa was well alight and the body of the woman was found in one of the bedrooms.
Police have yet to compete a formal identification of the victim.
The cause of the fire has also yet to be determined.
