Tokoroa police have charged an 18-year-old Putaruru woman with cruelty to a baby who died last month. Sarah Rebecca Haddock-Woodcock, 3 1/2 months, was found dead by her parents in their Putaruru home on March 13. The woman is due to appear in Tokoroa District Court today. The baby was buried in the Putaruru cemetery last month in a grave marked with a white cross engraved "Our Angel Sarah".
