A woman was attacked in an unprovoked attack while she was talking on her cellphone at a Hamilton pharmacy, police say.
The incident happened at the Anglesea Pharmacy on April 26, about 3.10pm.
A man approached the woman, assaulted her and ran from the pharmacy, Senior Constable Paul Helwig said. The attack resulted in the woman requiring medical attention.
Mr Helwig hoped the public appeal could help to identify the offender and provide some relief for the victim.
"We hope that someone is able to recognise the man and provide us with information that may help us pursue this enquiry."
