KEY POINTS:
A Palmerston North woman charged with the murder of a convicted paedophile has been remanded in custody for a further week.
The 31-year-old woman is also facing single charges of kidnapping and assaulting Glen Stinson, whose body was found on a country road near Foxton last month.
The woman appeared briefly in Palmerston North District Court this morning.
She has yet to plead and has interim name suppression. She was remanded to August 23, when defence counsel indicated bail would be sought.
Bruce Raymond Tamatea, 46, and Aubrey Thomas Harrison, 27, also from Palmerston North, have already been charged with Mr Stinson's murder.
Mr Stinson's body was found on Wylies Rd, near Foxton, on July 28.
