Witnesses are being sought over a sexual assault on a woman in the south Waikato town of Tokoroa on Saturday night.
Detective Sergeant Kevan Verry from Tokoroa CIB said the 25-year-old woman was attacked in the Pine Grove subdivision on Torphin Crescent between 10pm and midnight.
Police were keen to speak to a man and woman seen in the area at the time, and also a slightly overweight male Maori or Polynesian aged in his late teens or early 20s and wearing a dark sweatshirt or baggy jeans, seen on Bridge St.
