Young New Zealand scientists have won two of 40 highly contested 2008 International Fulbright Science and Technology Awards.
Alana Alexander, from Auckland and Wynton Moore from Dunedin will get the opportunity to undertake fully funded PhD study, worth in total about $350,000 each, in the United States from next year.
They were nominated by Fulbright New Zealand.
