Q: What were you doing before accepting your new position?

A: V.I.P. Project Manager at Ripple Trust, which is a "disabled for disabled" organisation and was a personally satisfying role.

Q: Why did you apply for this job?

A: To have the opportunity to work in a culturally significant environment and one that is so incredibly important to all the people of New Zealand.

Q: What are the major challenges?

A: I see that the induction process identified for me is critical as it will provide me with an understanding of the ways to go about blending my knowledge of human resource management into this complex and fast-paced environment.

Q: What qualities do you bring?

A: I know who I am and what is important to me in my life and how to work with others in a way that respects and values our diversity. In all of the many roles I have worked in the key focus for me has always been the people and this will be so with this new role.
