Independent tests conducted by the Herald have found there was only a 12 french fry difference between the medium and large sizes at McDonalds and, in terms of weight, only a 13 gram difference.
The Herald also found there were the same number of fries in Burger King's
small sized french fry container as in the medium sized containers, despite the $0.40 difference.
However, the Herald found misleading sizing was not a problem for
KFC.
Their large size of french fries had almost twice the number of fries
and twice the weight compared with their small size - offering customers the greatest value for money compared with McDonalds and Burger King.
